The Long Road..... What can I say? These songs are audio stories of my journey on life's highway this last decade or so. Not only my experiences but those of others who have been with me as I've travelled.

I`ve watched and listened and hopefully learned.

Love, life, cancer, depression, recovery, faith and happiness it has it all.

HOME- It truly is where your heart is.

WALK TALL- My take on the story of Sheriff Buford Pusser. Bit of a legend, check him out its quite a tale. Many thanks to Ian for helping out on this one.

FALL FOR ME- The title says it all

THE LONG ROAD- Recorded live in The Valley Studio.
We all get lost sometimes and we all need a little help and understanding. Everyone is or has been broken in some way. I kinda think we are doing it wrong and we are too hard on ourselves. Wearing stress as a badge of honour, chasing other peoples lives. Take a little time for yourself and be kinder to you.

LETS RUN- I had some of the lines for years and it finally came together.

THE VALLEY BLUES- Recorded live in The Valley Studio
Dedicated to Earl, studio mascot and best friend and dog to the Foxton family,

DANCE AWAY- My Tommy and Gina or Jack and Diane. We all can probably relate.

ORION PLAYING CUPID- The story of how the couple in Dance Away met and sadly parted. (for now?)

Its a journey not a destination.
