Solider, Marshall, Gambling man. Made a living out of this hard land Fame and fortune they came to find Friends and family left behind. Chrs Way out West was the promised land Rivers of gold enough for everyman Times were tough in the Godless land When your holding The dead mans hand. They came to farm and they came to dig Carve out a life dream so big He`d seen it all by 25 He watched them live and he watched them die Chrs...... In Deadwood he would be damned Shot from behind by Mc`halls hand 2 pairs aces and eights The Reapers colours sealed his fate. 1st Chrs..... 2nd Chrs With his last breath he whispered her name Take care my love till we meet again Life was tough in this promised land You were holding The dead mans hand.......

She was a dreamer She was a wild one 2nd of three whose Dad died young The wrong side of town the wrong side of heaven Goodbye Bonnie I`ll see you around. He was a poor boy from Ellis County Moved to Dallas when he was young First arrested when he was just 17 The rest of his life spent on the run Chrs Outlaws and Mustangs forever on the run Outlaws and Mustangs will always head back home County jails and prison farms It seemed nothing could keep them apart He busted out of Eastham forever hardened Now him and Bonnie would never be parted. Chrs,,, Bridge, They always said they`d be together And that death was the wage for sin They always said they`d be together But knew one day the law would win. A Ford V8 and a hidden posse 23rd May at 9am On a back road in Louisiana Bonnie & Clyde meet their end. Chrs..... out

For God and for Country For Kith and for Kin He took his countries shilling From his countries King He bid a fond farewell To his village so green Willow on leather He hoped again to see. Chrs A warrior poet he was Who had lost faith in the cause To defend and to liberate Had become a war of conquest And aggression When he found the frontline So eager so brave But romance turned to discord When he met Robert Graves Patriot propaganda and romantic views Replaced by reality of wars ugly truth Chrs…. Mad Jack they named him Their lucky charm It seemed like his presence Could keep you from harm But come 1917 Enough was enough A soldiers declaration He was finished with war Chrs…. Peace ☮️
